RMAI to Organise Webinar on Emerging Role of Technology in Rural Consumer Goods & Services Redistribution

Rural Consumption markets have undergone significant changes in the last decade. Be it the way Rural consumers have evolved, the Channel member's behaviours have changed and how the marketeers have used technology in the Rural markets.
Rural Marketing Association of India (RMAI) is going to organize a panel discussion on 4th June 2022 (4 PM Onwards) to discuss these nuances for the benefit of a larger set of marketers of consumer goods and services. The Topic would be ‘Emerging Role of Technology in Rural Consumer Goods & Services Redistribution.’
The panel discussion will be moderated by Sanjay Panigrahi, Former Chief Customer Officer, Pidilite Industries; & Member - National Advisory Council, Rural Marketing Association of India (RMAI). Panigrahi is a professional with 38 plus years of experience.
A First Batch MBA from the Institute of Rural Management (IRMA: 80-82), he has a diverse experience in General Management, Marketing, Sales, Distribution, New Business Development, and Organization Development including handling of P&L responsibility; and he had been handling CXO suite roles for almost two decades.
His last assignment was as the Chief Customer Officer of Pidilite Industries Ltd from where he retired in May 2020 and has been on his own coaching, mentoring advising professionals & Organizations with a rich repertoire of insights and experience he has had in his career spanning several organizations, roles, geographies and varied segments of Industries in Consumer Product and Consumer Services domain.
The panel discussion is going to have eminent speakers like Manoranjan Pani, Chief General Manager, GCMMF Ltd. (Amul); Nikhil Kaul, Chief Operating Officer, Last Mile Channel Enhancement (LMCE); & Shabbir Haider, Rural Business Lead, Mondelēz International who will be adding their multi-years insightful experience and learnings in the field.
