RRB Recruitment 2025: Application Starts for Over 32,000 Level 1 Posts at rrbapply.gov.in; Check All Details Here

Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have initiated the recruitment process for over 32,000 posts in Level 1 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix, starting from Thursday, January 23, 2025. Interested candidates can submit their applications on the official RRB website, rrbapply.gov.in. The last date for submitting applications is February 22, 2025. Candidates will be allowed to pay their application fees from February 23 to February 24, 2025, following the closing date.

In addition, candidates can make corrections to their applications through the modification window, which will be available from February 25 to March 6, 2025.

The recruitment drive covers various posts, such as Assistant Bridge, Assistant C&W, Assistant Depot (Stores), Assistant Loco Shed (Diesel), Track Maintainer, Cabin Man, Pointsman, and more. This recruitment drive aims to fill 32,438 posts in Level 1 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix as per the official notification CEN No. 08/2024.

The age eligibility for applicants is between 18 and 36 years as of January 1, 2025. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, a one-time age relaxation of 3 years has been granted to candidates who may have missed earlier recruitment opportunities.

The application fee for candidates is Rs 500, which will be partially refunded—Rs 400—after the Computer Based Test (CBT), minus applicable bank charges. Candidates from PwBD, female, transgender, ex-servicemen, SC/ST, minority communities, and economically backward classes (EBC) will pay a fee of Rs 250, which will also be refunded with the same conditions.

Payment can be made through internet banking, debit/credit cards, UPI, and other online payment methods.

2. On the homepage, click on the link to apply for RRB recruitment under CEN No. 08/2024.

3. Enter your credentials to log in and submit.

4. Complete the application form, pay the application fee, and upload the necessary documents.

5. Submit the form and download the confirmation page.

6. Keep a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
