Great cricket player Sachin Tendulkar confirmed on Saturday that he has tested positive for coronavirus.

He tweeted the news, saying that he has quarantined himself at home. “I have been testing myself and taking all precautions recommended by doctors to ensure covid is kept at the basin. Nevertheless, I have tested positive with mild symptoms. All other family members have tested negative. I have quarantined myself at home and following all the advisable protocols. I want to thank all the health professionals who are helping me and many others across the country.”

Sachin Tendulkar, who is now 47 years old, recently participated in the Road Safety World Series in Raipur. He captained India legends to take the title, defeating Sri Lanka legends in the final. Sachin Tendulkar resides in Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra, where covid cases are increasing rapidly and have recorded an all-time high of 36902 cases dated 26.03.21. Maharashtra have applied night curfew in the wake of covid cases.

Sachin Tendulkar had become the youngest cricket player of India. He bagged many awards in his cricket life-time. His fan following is from all over the world.
