A well-celebrated name in the agricultural industry, Satish Tiwari, who possess a massive experience of 23 years, made a professional update on Monday on his LinkedIn account, saying, “Dear connections I am happy to share that I have joined a biotechnology firm, Gencrest as a Vice President-Sales & Marketing based at Mumbai !”

He will be taking charge of the sales and marketing strategies of Gencrest, with an extensive experience in the Agri industry and rural markets. Established in 2016, the company has a team of innovative thinkers, scientists, and engineers who work towards harnessing the power of nature and biomolecules, providing sustainable solutions. It aims to provide natural solutions to agricultural fields, propelling people to discard chemical-based products.

He has always been in the higher league at work from General Manager at Makhteshim Agan India Pvt. Ltd. to Deputy General Manager at Nagarjuna Agrichem Ltd., and Marketing Officer at Dhanuka Agritech Ltd. He worked with Coromandel International Ltd as a Senior General Manager and National Head of Marketing. “I have a proven track record of working in leading multinational and Indian Corporate houses like Adama. Nagarjuna and Murugappa group handling leadership roles with P&L accountability, Sales, Operations, Marketing & business development at the regional and national level,” he said.

He read BSc in Agriculture from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University and an MBA in Marketing from Rajasthan Technical University.
