SBI Delhi Celebrated 64th Foundation Day

Celebrating the Foundation Day is the commitment and dedication to the services of the institution to serve the customers to the core of the heart. Towards the CSR activities, the Bank also committed to the society by blood donation and creating awareness about the health. On 1st July 2019, Local Head Office Delhi, New Delhi celebrated 64th Foundation Day of SBI by organizing various activities. Blood donation camp was organized where 57 staff members donated blood. Health talk by Lady Doctors for female staff members was also arranged.

Celebrating the Foundation Day is the commitment and dedication to the services of the institution to serve the customers to the core of the heart. Towards the CSR activities, the Bank also committed to the society by blood donation and creating awareness about the health.

On 1st July 2019, Local Head Office Delhi, New Delhi celebrated 64th Foundation Day of SBI by organizing various activities. Blood donation camp was organized where 57 staff members donated blood. Health talk by Lady Doctors for female staff members was also arranged. Extempore speech, drawing and painting competitions for staff wards were also held and the winners of the competition along with meritorious students were felicitated.

SBI Delhi Circle organized Tech Gyan shala for digital products for the benefits of the Customers during Digital India drive campaign at 55 branches under the supervision of respective Regional Managers. Circle CGM Sh. Vijuy Ronjan and other senior functionaries also visited the digital India campaigns. On the eve of Bank day Health check-up camps were organized at 4 different centres of the Circle and tree plantation drive also was conducted in which approx. 500 tree saplings were planted.

In the evening, a Cultural Program me 'Sur Sandhya' was organised in NDMC Convention Center with much enthusiasm and ferver for the staff and their family members. In the cultural programmer, staff members who made exemplary achievement outside the Bank were also honored. Bank's retired Chairman, MDs, DMDs and other senior functionaries were invited. Shri Vijuy Ronjan, Chief General Manager, SBI Delhi Circle addressed the audience and conveyed message to conserve water, environment and urged all to put up their best efforts to save the Earth. Famous Hindi comic poet Shri Surendra Sharma and bollywood singer Shri Ravindra Upadhyay were the star attractions of the cultural evening.
