SBI Youth For India Fellowship

The State Bank of India has introduced a new fellowship programme called SBI Youth for India Fellowship to give youth opportunities to work with well-known non-governmental organizations (NGOs) on various development initiatives. The SBI Youth for India Fellowship provides a chance for India's best young minds to live and work in rural areas to help solve major rural development challenges.

The fellowship draws young leaders who go on a transformative leadership journey throughout their time in the fellowship. They essentially go through the four steps by unlearning and imbuing the difficulties of rural India, partnering with NGO partners, fellows, and the local community, and lastly establishing and maintaining grassroots-level initiatives.
