The Indian parliament is well known for its dramas and tantrums, for “n” number of reasons. And this winter session witnessed its first, thanks to MP Dushyant Chautala. This MP caught the maximum eyeballs for his this “beyond expectation” activity.

The MP belongs to Indian National Lok Dal (INLD). This Friday, Dushyant Chautala, reached the Indian Parliament riding a tractor accompanied by two other men. This unique entry was shot in video by the crowd. ANI news agency released the firs glimpses of the man riding the tractor.

However, Chautala's joyride may land him in a little bit of legal trouble. According to reports, Delhi Police is likely to penalize the lawmaker for driving the tractor near the parliament, a highly secured zone.

He was initially blocked by security officials at the parliament who said entry of tractors was not allowed. The MP was however allowed to take the vehicle inside after he informed them that he had taken special permission from the speaker in advance.

Dushyant Singh is the Youngest ever elected member or Parliament in the history of India and holds a record in 'Limca Book of Records'.  Dushyant Chautala is youngest ever president of any sports governing body in India. He is president of Indian Table Tennis Federation of India. Dushyant Chautala is the first Indian to have been conferred high civilian honor in the assembly of Arizona (USA). Since, 16 January 2013 Chautala has been active in the Haryana state politics.Chautala highlighted the HCS recruitment scams.

To add more to his personality He is the grandson of Ch. Om Prakash Chautala and the great grandson of former Deputy Prime Minister Ch. Devi Lal. He has a younger brother, Digvijay Chautala. He did his schooling from St. Mary School, Hisar and The Lawrence School, Sanawar, Himachal Pradesh. He took admission in California State University and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He married Meghna Chautala (Ahlawat) on 18 April 2017 at Gurugram.

The 29-year-old MP from Hisar's Haryana told PTI that he rode a green-coloured tractor to Parliament in protest against tweaking of certain rules relating to the Motor Vehicles Act which, he claimed, would add to farmers' woes.

"I rode the vehicle to protest tweaking of rules under the Act declaring tractor as mere vehicles and not agricultural vehicle. The change in rules will mean the selling price of the vehicle will go up, farmers will have to pay toll for using it to transport goods," he said.
