Chief Minister Adityanath articulated his vision for the college, highlighting its potential to significantly benefit cattle herders not only from the state but also from neighboring regions such as western Bihar and even Nepal. The emphasis on regional cooperation underscores the broader mission of fostering mutual growth and development in the field of veterinary sciences.

The college's blueprint includes the establishment of various research and study centers dedicated to advancing veterinary science. Moreover, essential infrastructure such as a hospital block, academic facilities, staff quarters, and student hostels will be developed within the campus premises. Notably, the college is committed to sustainability, with plans to adopt a 'Net Zero Energy' framework, aligning with contemporary environmental imperatives.

Beyond traditional education, the curriculum will encompass diverse facets of veterinary sciences, encompassing aspects like animal health, breeding improvement, education, and fisheries.
