Woman Farmer from Hisar Shares Innovative Technique of Uses Drones to Spray Fertilizers During MFOI, VVIF Kisan Bharat Yatra

Progressive Farmers presented with Certificate of Appreciation

Krishi Jagran's 'MFOI, VVIF Kisan Bharat Yatra' started from KVK Ujwa, Delhi, has made its way to Hisar in Haryana, to honour farmers. As many as four exemplary farmers, Surender Sheokand, Rajesh, Dharmbir, and Gulab Singh, from Saffa Kheri Village in Jind, Hisar, were appreciated with certificates. Ram Meher, another progressive farmer from Badhana Village, was also lauded for his outstanding contributions, underscoring the profound impact of individual efforts in driving agricultural prosperity. “As a farmer, I have never received such appreciation for my work. I thank Krishi Jagran for traveling from Delhi, to honour us here,” he said.

MFOI, VVIF Kisan Bharat Yatra in Hisar

The journey of the 'MFOI, VVIF Kisan Bharat Yatra' continued its enriching journey to Sadalpur village in Hisar, where four more visionary farmers, Inder Singh, Mahabir Singh, Bhadar Singh, and Atma Ram, were acknowledged for their exemplary work.

Venturing into villages like Charnod and Ladwa, the yatra encountered Safe Agro FPCL and Agriners FPCL, respectively, highlighting the pivotal role of farmer-producer companies in fostering collective growth and market access for agricultural produce. The interactive sessions facilitated by Krishi Jagran served as a platform for knowledge exchange and empowerment, empowering farmers with insights into modern agricultural techniques and best practices.

As the yatra traverses through Sarsana and Bhatol Rangdan villages, the team of Krishi Jagran continues to engage with farmers, disseminating invaluable information about the Millionaire Farmer of India Awards, sponsored by Mahindra Tractors. The enthusiastic participation of farmers underscores their eagerness to embrace innovation and harness technology.

Woman Farmer Specialises in Drone Technology for Spraying Fertilizers

Anu, a woman farmer from Kharkhoda village who recently returned to her village after taking training in operating drones, told how this technology is going to benefit the farmers. She said that earlier the whole day was spent spraying fertilizer and urea in the fields, but now with drone technology, this work has become easier. She assured that she'd educate the farmers regarding the potential of drone technology.
