XVII Agricultural Science Congress

The National Academy of Agricultural Sciences (NAAS), in collaboration with the GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology (GBPUA&T), will organize the XVII Agricultural Science Congress from February 20-22, 2025, in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. The Agricultural Science Congress is the apex event of Agricultural Scientists, Policy Makers, Farmers, Students and Industry Leaders organized in every two years. The theme of this prestigious event is "Frontier Science and Technologies in Agriculture for a Developed India."

The Academy held a launch event for the Brochure, Logo, and Official Website on September 4, 2024, chaired by Dr. Himanshu Pathak, President of NAAS and Secretary of DARE & Director General of ICAR. It was attended by senior officials of the Academy and Prof. (Dr.) M. S. Chauhan, Vice Chancellor of GBPUA&T and Convener of the Congress.

As India strives to become a developed nation, the XVII Agriculture Science Congress brings together the brightest minds to discuss the cutting-edge frontier sciences and technologies that will propel Indian agriculture forward.
