Merry Xmas to All!

The term 'Christmas' comes from the Mass of Christ or Jesus. A Mass service sometimes also called Eucharist or Communion is where Jesus died for his people and then came back to life. The 'Christ-Mass' service at that time took place after dusk and before dawn on the next day hence the Midnight trend started. And this is how we got the name Christ-Mass….Christmas.

History of Christmas

Though there are many interpretations, the traditional story behind Christmas celebrations is that parents of Jesus Christ - Joseph and Mary, reached the city of Bethlehem, but had no place to stay hence they were confined to a stable or shed where Jesus was born. And this traditional narrative is called - The Nativity of Jesus.

Today Christmas is celebrated by people all across the world, whether they are Christians or non Christians. Christmas is the perfect time when friends and families come together, spreading joy and happiness. People and especially children wait for Christmas as it is a time when you get and give gifts.
