RAILWAY RECRUITMENT 2019: Vacancies Open for Class 10, 12, Graduates; Check Here For Full Details

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has invited applications for class 10, class 12 and graduates. The application process for many vacant positions will be closed by January including the appointment of apprentice in different zones of Indian Railways and junior engineers’ posts.

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has invited applications for class 10, class 12 and graduates. The application process for many vacant positions will be closed by January including appointment of apprentice in different zones of Indian Railways and junior engineers’ posts.

Last year, Railway Recruitment Board had released more than one lakh vacancies for Group C as well as Group D posts, which will be completed this year. The second stage i.e. Computer Based test for Group C posts will be held on 20, 22 and 23 January 2019. And the results of Group D exam will be announced in February.

3,553 vacancies for 10th pass

Students, who have qualified their class 10th examinations, have a big opportunity in the Indian Railways. In a recent recruitment notice, the Western Railway has invited applications for 3,553 apprentice posts in different fields. The online application process will be closed on 9th January, and the applicants can apply through the railway’s official website.

More than 2,000 vacancies in East Central Railway

The notice for 2,234 apprentice posts has been released by the East Central Railways. Interested candidates should send their fully-filled application form by 10th January evening on the official website i.e. rrcecr.gov.in.

The job is located in Mughalsarai, Samastipur, Patna, Dhanbad, Harnaut and Danapur.

The candidate should have cleared class 10 exam or its equivalent with at least 50 % marks from a recognised board. He or she should also have ITI in relevant trade.

Accordingly, a merit list will be made taking into account all the candidates who apply for the jobs in a particular division or unit. The merit list will be prepared considering the average of the percentage marks scored by students in class 10 and ITI exam, giving equal weightage to both.

South Western Railway hiring for 963 apprentice posts

The South Western Railway has issued a notification inviting candidates to apply for the positions of 963 apprentice vacant posts. The applicants can apply online till 16th January through the official website - swr.indianrailways.gov.in.

13,487 posts for Junior Engineer

Railway has invited 13,487 vacant posts of Junior Engineer. The online application process for the same began on 2nd January and will continue till 31st January. The first stage i.e. Computer based test will be held either in April or May, 2019.

According to the latest information, an amount of Rs 35,400/month will be paid to the candidates who will be selected for this post. The minimum age for candidates should be 18 years while the maximum age can be around 33 years.
