This ORGANIC Product for Better SOIL HEALTH

Insecticides (India) Ltd has come out with a completely organic product, KayaKalp, for the farmers to rejuvenate the soil thoroughly and provide the much-needed nutrients to the soil for increasing the productivity of the soil.

For this, IIL announced a field activity in which 50 – 75 farmers took part to understand and get trained about the benefits of Kayakalp product to improve soil health. At a time when the soil in the country is fatigued and farmers are faced with lower productivity issues, there is a dire need for a solution which not only rejuvenates soil and increases yields for farmers but also provides cost-effective solutions to them.  

The company has also adopted villages to guide and hand-hold the farmers for using the product and deriving the full benefit of KayaKalp. Lalpur Village in Hapur District is one of the villages that the company has adopted for this purpose.

At a time when the soil in the country is fatigued and farmers are faced with lower productivity issues, there is a dire need for a solution which not only rejuvenates soil and increases yields for farmers but also provides cost-effective solutions to them.

Kayakalp works as a natural catalyzer to improve soil’s organic capacity, strengthen its nutrient value and act as a health booster tonic for the soil that will help Indian farmers improve output. It also helps the farmers during the water stress period as it helps the soil to retain more water. The product is also duly tested and recommended by the National Centre of Organic Farming, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmer Welfare, Government of India for its features.

KAYAKALP is in line with Govt. mission of “GROW SAFE FOOD”.  It is very cost-effective to farmers as KAYAKALP does not put extra costs on farmers.

The company is organizing awareness drives in many states for farmers under the name of “Bhumi Kayakalp Abhiyan” (Land Rejuvenation Campaign), under which it aims to reach as many farmers as possible.

IIL has also been taking regular feedback from farmers for KayaKalp in different states since its launch earlier this year and the results that the farmers have got are very encouraging. It also gives confidence to the company to introduce the product to more and more farmers in the country.

It helps to hold soil particles together and thereby improve water holding capacity. Organic carbon loosens the soil and thereby increases root growth.
