Farm bills: Farmers from Punjab today dismissed Union home minister Amit Shah's proposition for a conversation on their complaints against the Center's new farm laws. The farmers commented that the offer that was presented to them was a restrictive one. The minister appealed to the farmers saying that their protest has to be moved to a  designated spot in the capital on the off chance that they consented to talk.

They chose not to move to the Burari ground in the capital and wait at the state borders of Delhi. President Buta Singh Burjgill, Bharatiya Kisan Union (Dakaunda) said  "We have concluded that we will wait at the Delhi borders. We won't go to Burari".

Farmer's clarify the reason behind the protest:
