Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal Khattar has given directions to the officials who are engaged with the procurement of Kharif crops that the farmers from whom the crops are obtained must be paid within seven days, Haryana Chief Minister's Office (CMO) expressed. 

Checking and matching of both 'J and I Form' is part of the internal process, and the same can be matched and coordinated later. But for now the farmers must be paid first. The payments are to be made within the next one week and there should be no pending payments this Diwali, the CMO informed. 

The Chief Minister clarified that if there is any installment forthcoming before October 15, 2020, it ought to be delivered right away. 

The validity of tokens issued to the farmers for November 14 should be extended till 16, 17, and 18 November. There should be no need to give fresh tokens to farmers, Haryana CMO stated. 

The token validity and legitimacy should be extended. For those farmers whose tokens validity ends on November 14 must be extended till 16th, 17th and 18th of this month i.e. November 2020. There ought to be no compelling reason to give new tokens to the farmers, Haryana CMO expressed. 

The Chief Minister, Mr. Khattar was governing over a review meeting of the officials of the concerned divisions occupied with the procurement of paddy from the farmers. 

The Chief Minister guided the officials from the Headquarters to guarantee that the 'H-Form to J-Form generation along with Gate Pass, I-Form' for paddy obtainment, lifting of paddy from Mandi to Warehouse, approval and endorsement of I-Form ought to be made available online. He said that it should likewise be guaranteed that inside 1week of the arrival of the H-Form or inside 72 hours of the receipt of the I-Form, the farmers gets the money for his purchase no matter what .

Khattar additionally expressed that the whole cycle falters if any official or representative occupied with the procurement cycle is careless and negligent.
