Mother Dairy Launches New Add-Ons to Sweets Portfolio and Expects Sales of 100 Crore
Subsidiary of National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), Mother Dairy has dispatched two new assortments of sweets, Mathuda peda and mewa atta laddoo under its sweets portfolio.
Mother Dairy, milk provider in the Delhi-NCR region stated that it has extended its sweets portfolio and is expecting a sales of rupees 100 crore from this new segment. The wholly owned subsidiary of National Dairy Development Board, has dispatched two new assortments of sweets, namely Mathuda peda and mewa atta laddoo added to its lineup of sweets.
Mother Dairy has 1,500 milk stalls and in excess of 300 Safal sources in the Delhi-NCR based market.
The organization additionally dispatched three packaged food items namely frozen drumsticks, frozen cut okra and frozen haldi paste cubes, under its Safal brand on the event of Makar Sankranti and within the company of Varsha Joshi, NDDB Chairman and Omveer Singh, Deputy MD of Mother Dairy.

Prior, Mother Dairy used to sell five bundled sweets namely Orange Mawa Barfi, Milk Cake, Frozen Rasmalai, Rasgulla and Gulab Jamun.
In July, Mother Dairy breached into the bread category and furthermore reported its objective to dramatically increase its sales revenue to rupees 25,000 crore in the following five years. Its turnover remained at around rupees 10,500 crore for the last monetary year.
The company sells over 30 lakh liters of milk every day in the Delhi-NCR region. Mother Dairy brand is used for both milk and other milk related items. Around 400 Safal avenues sells fruits and vegetables. "Safal" brand is used for frozen vegetables, pulses and honey. The organization fabricates and markets edible oils under the "Dhara" brand.
