Bombay Masala Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of bread

  • 1 boiled potato, mashed

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tomato, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Butter for toasting

Method:

 In a bowl, mix together mashed potato, chopped onion, chopped tomato, coriander leaves, chaat masala, cumin powder, and salt.

Take a slice of bread and spread the potato mixture on it. Cover it with another slice of bread and apply butter on both sides.

Toast the sandwich on a griddle until it turns golden brown on both sides.

Cut the sandwich into two halves and serve hot.

Aloo Tikki Sandwich

 Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of bread

  • 2 medium-sized boiled potatoes, mashed

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves

  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Butter for toasting

Method:

 In a bowl, mix together mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, coriander leaves, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt.

Take a slice of bread and spread the potato mixture on it. Cover it with another slice of bread and apply butter on both sides.

Paneer Bhurji Sandwich

 Ingredients:

  •  6 slices of bread

  • 1 cup crumbled paneer

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tomato, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Butter for toasting

Method:

 In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the chopped onion until it turns golden brown.

 Add the chopped tomato and cook until it becomes soft.

 Add crumbled paneer, cumin powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.

 Take a slice of bread and spread the paneer mixture on it. Cover it with another slice of bread and apply butter on both sides.

Chutney Sandwich

 Ingredients: 

  • 6 slices of bread

  • 1 cup coriander leaves

  • 1/2 cup mint leaves

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 tomato, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Butter for toasting

Method:

 In a blender, blend together coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped onion, chopped tomato, cumin powder, and salt to make a chutney.

Take a slice of bread and spread the chutney on it. Cover it with another slice of bread and apply butter on both sides.

Cheese Masala Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
