Required Ingredients:

1 cup cooked rice, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, 2 tablespoons spring onion, 12 tablespoon chilli flakes, salt to taste & 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds

Recipe to make Rice Omlette:

In a mixing bowl, lightly whisk the eggs, add the cooked rice, coriander leaves, spring onion, chilli flakes, and salt. To prepare a pourable consistency, mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Heat a nonstick pan, then pour a ladle of rice mixture into the shape of an omelette and top with sesame seedsCook till it turns golden brown on both sides. Serve it warm or cold!
