Black Myrobalan
Black Myrobalan or Harada, also called Terminalia Chebula is a species native to South-west and Southeast Asian countries, such as India, China, Srilanka, etc. It is one of the most popular ancient herbs which is used to improve memory. It is also called “King of medicines”. Black Myrobalan is known for its anti-oxidant properties. It contains antioxidants like quercetin and ascorbic acid( Vitamin C) which are effective against oxidative damages caused by the concentration of free radicals in the body. It is also said that the consumption of Black Myrobalan can help in protecting nervous tissues in the brain. Belleric Myrobalan
