RMAI Announced Winners for Flame Awards Asia 2024

Flame Awards Asia 2024 records the highest number of entries in RMAI history.

Rural Marketing Association of India (RMAI), announced the winners for its 13th edition of Flame Awards Asia at a gala event held at gorgeous venue of Hotel Vivanta by Taj, Surajkund, Faridabad, on 27th July 2024.

Education, Ethno Marketing, Health& Hygiene, Rural Self-Help Group, Community Radio and Financial Literacy were the highlight as new category entrants this year.

Impact Communications leads with 42 wins followed by Anugrah Madison with 16 and GroupM with 10. This year RMAI also saw increase in international entries. Nepal (Outreach Nepal, Lemon, Digitalin & V-Chitra) leads with 17win followed by Bangladesh (Habson, LivingBrands, BKash and Highvoltage) with 15 win and Thailand.

Clients namely Mahindra Auto, Tata Steel, Vodafone, Airtel Payment Bank, Perfetti, Pnb Housing Finance, Mahindra Swaraj, HUL, P&G, Godrej Consumer, Tata Consumer, Cipla and Mahindra Tractor, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Canara Bank, Havells, TVS Credit, Marico, PepsiCo and Dabur etc won under various categories.

Flame Awards Asia 2024 was Powered by ‘CASE Construction Equipment’, Associate sponsored by ‘Seedworks International Pvt Ltd’.

This edition’s jury was chaired by Nikhil Sharma, MD, Perfetti Van Melle (India). The 28 Jury members comprised of business leaders, brand custodians, marketers, media/advertising professionals, and domain experts in rural marketing.

Officially tabulator of the event was by Ernst & Young (EY). Referring to the Flame Awards platform Nikhil Sharma, MD-Perfetti Van Melle (India) said “Innovation is at the core of what we do and innovation in rural has enormous relevance. I am therefore, curious and excited to review some clutter- breaking work done within the area of Rural Marketing by our participants.”
