1. Samunnati Launches FPOnEXT India’s First Open Agri Network
Samunnati, a specialized Agri Value Chain enabler announced the launch of India’s first Open Agri Network, FPOnEXT,- an exclusive network of entities that are working with the FPO ecosystem via an affiliation programme, which offers unique benefits to the members. The network aims to enable FPOs and the ecosystem to go to the next level, by providing access to financial solutions, market linkages, value added services, technology interventions and other on-tap services. 2. Greaves Cotton rising a lifetime high
Shares of Greaves Cotton have continued to move northward, rising as much as 9 % to scale a lifetime high of Rs 184.25. However, the stock settled at Rs 173.55 ,up 4 %. Shares of Greaves Cotton have outperformed markets, rising as much as 105 % in the year 2021 so far. In the last one month the counter is up by 35 %.
3. Indian honey industry comes together to form India Honey Alliance
Leading names of the Indian honey industry announced the formation of the India Honey Alliance (IHA). IHA aims to provide a unified voice to every stakeholder operating in the entire honey ecosystem from ‘Hive to Home’. IHA has already initiated dialogue with the Central Government and is working closely with the consumers as well as scientific bodies to take modern, easy-to-use, affordable, and scalable technology to farmers and apiarists.

4. Insecticides (India) decides to cut down dependence on China
In a bid to significantly reduce its dependence on China for raw material, Insecticides (India) Limited has decided to produce the key intermediates in India. To produce intermediates locally; WFH drives kharif marketing, outreach. Rajesh Aggarwal, Managing Director of IIL said, “At present we are importing about 30-35 per cent of the raw material from China. We are planning to produce it locally. When we set up our plant for the intermediates by the end of this calendar year, we would be able to reduce their imports by 7-8 per cent,”

5. AIMCO Pesticides reported total income of Rs.47.09 crores
AIMCO Pesticides has reported total income of Rs.47.09 crores during the period ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs.38.22 crores during the period ended December 31, 2020. The company reported total income of Rs.32.96 crores during the period ended March 31, 2020.
