CTC /Remuneration: Rs.19.50 lakhs per annum (Fixed) plus reimbursement of monthly mobile call bill up to the eligibility of TEGS-VI officer.

Contract Period and other Terms & Conditions:

The chosen individual will initially be hired for two years. At the end of the contract time, Circle Advisor-CAPFs who are 64 years of age or under and in good health may be re-engaged for a maximum of two additional years at the bank's discretion, as long as they are under the maximum age of 65. Either side may end the agreement by giving the other one month's notice. 30 days of annual leave are allowed, but if they aren't used, they expire at the end of the year.

Selection Process:

The selection will be based on shortlisting-cum-interaction.

Shortlisting: The Bank's Shortlisting Committee will determine the shortlisting criteria, and after that, an appropriate number of individuals will be shortlisted (based on availability) and contacted for an interview. The Bank's choice to invite an applicant for an interview shall be final. No correspondence in this respect will be answered.

Interview: The interview is worth 100 points. The Bank will choose the minimum interview score requirements. No correspondence in this respect will be answered. A candidate does not automatically qualify for an interview call by simply meeting the minimum requirements for experience and qualification.

Merit List: Only the scores from the interview will be used to create a descending merit list for selection. If more than one applicant receives the required score (the common score at the cut-off point), those candidates will be placed in merit according to their age in decreasing order.

Guidelines For Filling Online Application:

1. Applicants must register online at https://bank.sbi/careers OR https://www.sbi.co.in/careers and pay the application fee using Internet Banking, a debit card, a credit card, or another method.
2. Candidates must scan their most recent photo and signature first. Without uploading the candidate's photo and signature as instructed on the online registration page, the candidate's online application will not be registered.
3. Candidates should thoroughly complete the application. Once the application has been filled out, they should submit it. If a candidate is unable to complete the application in one sitting, he can store the data that has already been entered. A provisional registration number and password are produced by the system and shown on the screen when the information or application is saved. The candidate should write down their password and registration number. Only three times may they use the registration number and password to reopen the stored application and make any necessary changes to the information. Please take note that you will only be allowed to change the stored information three times.
4. After the application is fully completed, the candidate should submit it and continue with the online fee payment. The candidates are urged to print their system-generated online application forms after enrolling online.

Application Fees

The application fee is Rs. 750 for General/ OBC/ EWS candidates. SC/ ST/ PWD candidates are exempted from payment of fees. Fee payment will have to be made online through a payment gateway available on the Bank’s Career website.
