Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any field is required, along with proficient communication skills in Kannada and English.

Adept in basic computer skills (Windows OS, MS Word), with familiarity with ODK being a plus.

Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Roles and Responsibilities
-
Collecting farmer information remotely, adhering to data quality guidelines, compiling and submitting data when required, and completing any other related tasks as assigned.

The call center operator will report directly to the Program Manager and will be based out of the Coffee Board’s head office in Bangalore.
Monthly Remuneration
Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 18,000/-
Selection Procedure
Selection for the positions will be based on a test or interview, and successful candidates will be appointed in Maharashtra.
