The Coffee Krishi Taranga (CKT) Service is inviting candidates for the position of 'Call Center Operator' for a contract period of 11 months to oversee the enrollment of farmers and facilitate their training on the service. Here are the details:

Qualifications  and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field is required, along with proficient communication skills in Kannada and English. 

  • Adept in basic computer skills (Windows OS, MS Word), with familiarity with ODK being a plus. 

  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collecting farmer information remotely, adhering to data quality guidelines, compiling and submitting data when required, and completing any other related tasks as assigned. 

  • The call center operator will report directly to the Program Manager and will be based out of the Coffee Board’s head office in Bangalore.

Monthly Remuneration

Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 18,000/-

Selection Procedure

Selection for the positions will be based on a test or interview, and successful candidates will be appointed in Maharashtra.
