Qualifications and Experience

Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Agricultural Biotechnology, or a related field, with a 4- or 5-year Bachelor’s degree is required.

Candidates with a 3-year Bachelor’s degree and a 2-year Master’s degree must have NET qualifications and 2 years of research experience, as specified in relevant OMs.

Research experience in cloning, constructing expression constructs, transformation, RNA analysis, transcript profiling, and bioinformatics.

The age limit for the SRF position is 35 years for males and 40 years for females, as per ICAR guidelines. Age relaxation is applicable for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), SC, ST, and PH candidates according to Government of India rules.
Tenure: The appointment will be for a period of two years from the date of joining or until the project's termination, whichever comes first. Extension is possible based on satisfactory performance.
Monthly Remuneration

Rs. 31000/- + 27% HRA (for first two years)

Rs.35000/-+ 27% HRA (from third year)
