AFC India Limited Signs MoU with Krishi Jagran to Promote Development in Agriculture Sector

The MoU was signed by Awanesh Kalik, Asst. General Manager and In-Charge, Lucknow Branch of AFC India Ltd., and Founder & Editor-in-chief of Krishi Jagran MC Dominic.

AFC Indian Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Krishi Jagran on June 23, 2022, to promote development in the agriculture sector. The MoU was signed by Awanesh Kalik, Asst. General Manager and In-Charge, Lucknow Branch of AFC India Ltd., and Founder & Editor-in-chief of Krishi Jagran MC Dominic.

M C Dominic, Editor-in-chief of Krishi Jagran, started off the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony. He has always been a pillar of support to Team Krishi Jagran and has always worked hard towards his dream of making agricultural sector more known to the public. Through several collaborations, his main motive has always been to help out the farmer community and also wants to promote agricultural sector both nationally and internationally.

Awanesh Kalik, Asst. General Manager and In-Charge, Lucknow Branch of AFC India Ltd., said,” Today is a very special day for us. Last time when I was here, I made a commitment that we will be working with Krishi Jagran and today we are here to sign MoU. Krishi Jagran has been working for 26 years and AFC has been working for last 55 years. Through this collaboration we want to work on national level.”

He further talked about the call canter that will be set-up in Lucknow and informed that CM Yogi Adityanath might do the inauguration of the call center.

The ceremony ended with both the sides signing the Memorandum of Understanding.

Dr Amit Sinha, Consultant of AFC Ltd, said, “Last 2-3 years, Covid taught us a lot. And the one thing that emerged through this is that agricultural sector is the most sustainable and supportive model. Another thing is that technology has now become really important in our country. The only problem is how to reach the audience and I think through Krishi Jagran we can overcome this. Krishi Jagran is a really big platform and they are communicating with people and reaching a big audience. And I think through this collaboration, we will be able to reach people at both national and international levels.”

Dr Harjeet Singh, Assistant General Manager, was really happy and grateful to be present at this ceremony. He said, “AFC has almost 55 years of experience in agriculture, rural development and medicinal plant. And Krishi Jagran has expertise in agriculture for the last 26 years. When both the organizations will work together there will definitely be a good outcome and in the future, we will be able to promote the agricultural sector.”
