"The TVCC is becoming ready," said BK Singh, director (administration and monitoring) at Banda University of Agriculture and Technology

Another veterinary institute in Uttar Pradesh will be ready to enroll students interested in studying veterinary and animal sciences. Currently, the state has four institutes authorized to offer bachelor of veterinary sciences and animal husbandry (BVSc and AH) degrees. Mathura, Bareilly, Varanasi, and Ayodhya are the locations of the four universities.

The fifth institute is set to open its doors to students in the Bundelkhand area in the coming academic year. The Uttar Pradesh government has directed the agriculture education and research department to hasten the construction of the Banda agricultural university's veterinary clinical complex.

Since Bundelkhand has the biggest livestock population, breed improvement programs to increase bovine milk yield is needed to address the problem of stray cattle.

The construction of the veterinary university within the agriculture university was approved eight years ago, but no courses could be offered at that time since it did not meet the council's criteria.

Aside from a livestock farm complex, institutes must have a teaching veterinary clinical complex (TVCC) equipped with a critical care unit, diagnostic facilities, a post-mortem complex, and ambulatory services, among other things, in order to operate higher education courses.

Dr. Indramani, director (administration and development) of the animal husbandry department, stated, "Work on establishing an advanced veterinary institute in Banda is ongoing, and we will seek a status update from the officials involved this week." The directorate is keeping a close eye on everything."

"The TVCC is becoming ready," said BK Singh, director (administration and monitoring) at Banda University of Agriculture and Technology. "We have got another payment from the state government to conclude the construction."

The entire building and veterinary university are planned to be completed by December 31, and we want to begin accepting students the following year."
