CBSE Class 10th, 12th Results 2021 to be Released Today: Know How to Check Result & Download Marksheet via Digilocker & UMANG

According to latest reports, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to announce the Class 10th & Class 12th board results today (20th July Tuesday). However, no official confirmation made by the CBSE board yet.

According to latest reports, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to announce the Class 10th & Class 12th board results today (20th July Tuesday). However, no official confirmation made by the CBSE board yet.

To check the CBSE board results, the candidates are advised to keep a regular check on the official website of CBSE.

There are some reports that suggest that the CBSE will directly release the Class 10th Result on 20th July Tuesday, without any prior notice or announcement & the CBSE Class 12th Result to be announced by the end of July.

Once the results are released, students will be able to check their CBSE Board Results 2021 via official websites - cbse.nic.in & cbseresults.nic.in. It is likely that the official website of CBSE may crash due to the heavy traffic on the day of result, in that case the students are advised to check their CBSE Board Result 2021 via Digi locker, UMANG platform or through the SMS facility. 

Here’s how to check your CBSE Board Class 10th & 12th Exam Results on Digilocker: 

  • To Download the App: https://digilocker.gov.in/installapp.php or visit the Digilocker website: https://www.digilocker.gov.in/dashboard  

  • Sign in or sign up by using your Phone number or Aadhar number.

  • After signing in/up, go to browse the documents then, search for the “Education” column.

  • In the “Education” column, click on the option “Central Board of Secondary Education”.

  • On the results declared, click on “Class X Marksheet” option or “Class XII Marksheet” option.

  • Enter you “Name”, “Year” & “Roll Number” to download your CBSE Class 10thor 12th Board results.  

How to check CBSE Board Class 10th & 12th Exam Results on UMANG:

  • To Download the App: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.gov.umang.negd.g2c

  • Once the App has been downloaded, choose your desired language.

  • There are options for English, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Assamese, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Odia, and Urdu available.

  • Now fill your details like Roll Number, Admit Card Number & School Code.

  • Lastly, submit the details and Get Your Results.

How to check CBSE Board Class 10th & 12th Exam Results on the official website: 

  • Visit the official website of CBSE at: cbse.gov.in 

  • Click on the result tab.

  • Now you will be redirected to new page, “CBSE Exam Results”.

  • Once the results are declared, it will reflect in the “Current Events” column. For Class X, click on the “Secondary School Examination” & For Class XII results, click on “Senior Secondary School Examination”. 

  • Enter your “Roll Number”, “Centre Number”, “School Number” & “Admit Card ID” and click on the option “Submit”.

  • Your result will now appear on the screen

Note: The CBSE Class 10th & 12th board exams were cancelled this year because of COVID-19 Pandemic. In absence of crucial examinations this year, the CBSE Class 10th results 2021, are being prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in test & exams conducted during the academic year.

On the other hand, for CBSE Class 12th results 2021, the board had formed a panel, that decide to evaluate students based on their results in classes 10th, 11th & 12th

While 40% of marks will be based on Class 12th Unit Test/ Mid-term/ Pre-board, 30% marks will be based on Class 11th Final Exams & 30% marks will be based on best-of three- Class 10th marks
