Today, October 29th, 2021, Krishi Jagran launched a new website tractornews.in, and hosted a 'Webinar on Farm Mechanization'. The primary goal of this website is to provide farmers with a digital window into the latest Agri Machinery news and technical specifications for various manufacturers around the country.

MC Dominic, Founder & Editor-Chief of Krishi Jagran & Agriculture World, is aiming to create a digital bridge between farmers and industrial businesses in order to assist in the acceptance and application of new technology.

Many people who belong to the agricultural industry shared their valuable thoughts in the Webinar. Bharat Bhushan Tyagi, a farmer, educator, and trainer from Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh, who received the Padma Shri started his speech by greeting MC Dominic and Krishi Jagran Team for their amazing work in the field of Agri-Journalism.

He stressed upon the importance of farm mechanization and its availability & affordability to small and marginal farmers too. He said the focus should be on the small farm equipment & tools.

He also highlighted that that the growth of the farm mechanization sector is impeded by some of the issues like fragmentation of landholdings, a large presence of small and marginal farmers, unaffordability of farm technologies etc.
