Today, Krishi Jagran will launch a new website tractornews.in, coupled with a Webinar on Farm Mechanization. The major goal of this platform is to give farmers with a digital window that contains thorough information on Agri Machinery's latest news and technical specs for various brands around the country.

MC Dominic, Founder & Editor in Chief of Krishi Jagran & Agriculture World, is attempting to develop a digital connection between farmers and industrial businesses in order to accelerate the acceptance and deployment of new technologies. The farmers will be able to make better cost-effective selections when purchasing farm equipment.

Interested People can attend the live launch on Krishi Jagran’s FB Page.

Many speakers from agriculture industry will be a part of this website launch.  B V Jaware Gowda, President of The Federation of All India Farmers Association is one of them.

The Federation of All India Farmer Associations is a non-profit organisation whose aim is to help India's farming community and to promote a sustainable future for farmers. Their goal is to offer assistance and resources to the agricultural community on an international, national, regional, and local level.

Bv Jaware Gowda stated “The organization should start from lab to land. We have many health centres for humans but we don’t have lab testing laboratories in any village. Farmers cannot every time go to the district level for soil testing.

The health of the soil varies from place to place. Information on the soil is very important because we are at the stage of creating innovations for the 5th generation. Why it should not start from the agriculture.

He added, “We need to educate farmers about agriculture technology. What if a farmer declares for half day leaves for one year what will be the consequences? We are focusing on digital agriculture and farmers should know about the upcoming technologies. We should focus on less labour and more productivity through agriculture technologies. We should not depend on traditional farming and should focus on digital farming technologies.”

“Every agri based organization should conduct programs to educate farmers about the upcoming agriculture technologies. Awareness must be created among farmers. Also, soil testing laboratories facilities should be given in every village.”
