Protesting farmers on Sunday declared a number of activities from 23rd till 27th February, aimed at further agitating the government in relation to the latest three agriculture laws.

They have said that shortly they would build a plan to hang on to the rally. The Samjukt Kisan Morcha (SKM), leader of the movement, told the press conference in this House that their planned programme of scope for escalation would be pursued on 23 February as the 'Pagadi Sambhal Diwas' and 24 February, as the 'Daman Virodhi Diwas.'

The Morcha said February 26 will be seen as 'Yuva Kisan Diwas' and February 27 as 'Mazdoor Kisan Ekta Diwas'. "The centre is embracing all the punitive measures, mismanage and manipulation namely convictions, confinements and enlistment of cases against the agitators. The Singhu line has been sustained and gives off an impression of being a global border," Yogendra Yadav (leader of the farmers) said.

In the light of the parliamentary session on 8 March a long-term agenda for movement will be discussed and the Approach exchanged at SKM's forthcoming conference, he added. Darshan Pal also alleged that the administration was "repressing" another Morcha official said. He further added that some 32 people were freed from the 122 Delhi Police arrests during a Republic Day farmers tractor rally in relation to rioting and destruction in the national capital.
