The administration in Uttar Pradesh puts a special emphasis on the farmers. The central government is developing many plans at the same time to get water to every farm. In contrast, the government in Uttar Pradesh is funding boring facilities for irrigation of fields of small farmers.

The "UP Free Boring Scheme" scheme was created by the government as a result. Small and medium farmers of general and scheduled caste tribes have been given access to this scheme. This strategy allows for the development of irrigation boring facilities. However, the government has set up some minimum limits for this.

Benefits of the scheme

  • Maximum payments to general category farmers would be three thousand rupees per boring

  • To marginal farmers in the general category, the maximum amount per bore is 4,000 rupees.

  • limit of 6,000 rupees per boring for farmers from scheduled caste and tribe

Documents required for the scheme

  • Income Certificate

  • Proof of age

  • Ration card

  • Passport Size Photograph

  • Mobile Number

  • Aadhar Card

  • Residence Certificate

Procedure to Apply

  • Now fill the information asked in the application- your name, mobile number, email id, address and other.

  • Attach the requested documents with it.

  • After this, submit it to the Minor Irrigation Department of your district.
