FSSAI Internship For May 2022: Internship Available For Various Regions & Domains; Apply Before 27th April

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), a statutory organisation within the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of India, formed under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 has released a recent circular for internship for the month of may for which application has been started.

Region for Internship & Domains available

• FSSAI(HQ) New Delhi

Standards, Regulation/Codex, Regulatory Compliance, SMS, Human Resource, Finance & Accounts, Imports, Quality Assurance, Legal, IT, Social & Behavioral Change

• Regional Offices(NR, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai & Kolkata)

Food Imports Clearance and Licensing

• National Food Laboratory Ghaziabad & Kolkata

Food sampling and testing.

Important Dates:

Eligibility Criteria For FSSAI Internship 2022

Candidates pursuing a full time graduate, post graduate degree or higher from a recognized institute within India or abroad, in any of the following courses.

• Students pursuing their 3rd or 4th year of PG Degree/ B.Tech or BE from a recognized university or institute in chemistry, Biochemistry, Food technology, Food Science & Technology, Food & Nutrition, Edible Oil Technology, Microbiology, Dairy Technology, Agricultural, Horticultural Sciences, Industrial Microbiology, Toxicology, Public Health, Life sciences, Biotechnology, Fruit & Vegetable Technology, Food safety & Quality Assurance are eligible.

• Business Administration & Management including policy regulation and related fields – Only at FSSAI(HQ)

• PG Diploma/Degree in, Journalism, Mass Communication and Public Relations.

• B.E. / B. Tech (Only 3rd and 4th Year students not for 2nd or 1st Year) in Computer Science/ Information Technology Software Engineering or related Stream.

• Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Public Policy Public Administration. – Only for FSSAI (HQ).

• Bachelor/Master of Law – Only for FSSAI(HQ)

Tenure For FSSAI May Internship 2022

The internship will 3-6 months long so, only those students must apply, who will be available for the mentioned duration. No internship of duration of less than a month will be offered.

Stipend For FSSAI May Internship 2022

 A stipend of Rs. 10,000 for the internship period will be given to deserving interns on the recommendation of the office or division that they work with.
