The Division of Entomology at the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) in Pusa, New Delhi, is offering a paid student internship for a duration of two months. This opportunity is part of a DST-SERB funded project titled "Taxonomic Studies of Family Elateridae from North Eastern India (Coleoptera: Elateridae)." The project focuses on taxonomic studies of the Elateridae family, specifically from North Eastern India. The internship offers a fixed monthly emolument of Rs. 5000, following DST-SERB norms. Applicants should be pursuing a postgraduate degree in Entomology, Zoology, or Life Sciences. Additionally, candidates with research experience in handling insects, taxonomy, molecular biology tools, or data analysis are preferred.
