ICAR AIEEA 2019: Online Applications to Release on 1st April, Check Important Details

NTA or National Testing Agency will conduct the ICAR-AIEEA (Under Graduate), ICAR-AIEEA (Post Graduate) and ICAR-AICE-JRF or SRF (PGS) exams on behalf of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). The entrance test will be held on 1st July, 2019 and will consist of one paper in Computer Based Test (CBT) type.

NTA or National Testing Agency will conduct the ICAR-AIEEA (Under Graduate), ICAR-AIEEA (Post Graduate) and ICAR-AICE-JRF or SRF (PGS) exams on behalf of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). The entrance test will be held on 1st July, 2019 and will consist of one paper in Computer Based Test (CBT) type. 

The application forms for the ICAR AIEEA will be released on Monday, 1st April 2019 on the official websites i.e. http://www.nta.ac.in & http://www.ntaicar.nic.in.  

The applicants are required to apply online till 30th April, 2019. And the payment of fee can be done up to 1st May, 2019. The admit card for the same will be released in the 2nd week of May. 

It is important to mention that ICAR-AIEEA is a national level entrance exam that is held once in a year. 

ICAR AIEEA (UG)-2019:  

In this two-and-a-half hour examination, 150 questions will be asked to the candidates. In the same way, for the ICAR AIEEA (PG)-2019, there 160 questions and it will last for two-and-a-half hour. 

ICAR AICE-JRF/SRF (PGS)-2019:  

This exam will be for 180 minutes duration and a total of 800 (80+720) marks with 200 (20+180) questions will be asked. 

Eligibility for ICAR AIEEA 2019 

Age criteria: The minimum age of a candidate must be 16 years as on 31st August, 2019. 

Educational qualification: Applicants must have cleared their 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised board with PCB/PCM/PCMB/PCF subject combinations. 

Minimum marks: The General or OBC or UPS category candidates need to obtain 50 % marks for the exam while SC/ST/PC category candidates should have 40 % marks. 

Appearing candidates are also eligible to apply but they will have to bring a proof of qualifying the examination.
