ICAR-IARI Announces Walk-In Interviews for Research and Field Positions at Mandsaur Centre, Check Details Here
ICAR-IARI is conducting a walk-in interview on July 31, 2024, for temporary positions at CORC, Mandsaur, including Young Professional-II, Field Assistant, and SPU Operator, interested candidates must apply by July 22, 2024.
The Division of Genetics at ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute in New Delhi has announced a walk-in interview scheduled for July 31, 2024, to recruit temporary staff for the Collaborative Outstation Research Centre (CORC) in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. Candidates interested in research and fieldwork who meet the specified qualifications are invited to apply by sending their applications via email to corc.iari@gmail.com by July 22, 2024.
One position is available for the role of Young Professional-II (YP-II), offering a fixed monthly fellowship of Rs. 35,000. The essential qualification for this role is an M.Sc. in Agriculture with a specialization in Plant Pathology or Seed Science and Technology. Desirable qualifications include experience in field experimentation, culturing pathogens, data collection and analysis, seed testing, and proficiency in using computers.
Additionally, there is one position for a Field Assistant, with a fixed monthly fellowship of Rs. 15,000. Candidates must have completed at least Class 10, with desirable experience in agricultural fieldwork, data collection, field layout, irrigation, harvesting, and threshing.
The third available position is for an SPU Operator, also offering a fixed monthly fellowship of Rs. 15,000. This role requires a minimum qualification of Class 10, with desirable experience in operating a Seed Processing Unit (SPU) fitted with a color sorter.
The maximum age limit for these positions is 35 years for men and 40 years for women, with age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government and ICAR rules. Interested candidates should report for certificate verification at 9:30 AM on July 31, 2024.
Candidates are advised to bring their project work reports, theses, testimonials, experience certificates, and any published research papers to support their application.
