Name of the Post- Senior Project Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create the essential tools and provide transformational insight to the phenotyping team and crop enhancement projects.

• Recognize the potential and difficulties in building and providing interdisciplinary support solutions.

• Expand functional team thinking to include new methods.

• Investigate innovative technologies for improving project output quality and broadening the product's relevance across enterprises.

• Assist stakeholders and donor organizations in developing and expanding collaborative networks with important partners.

• Create innovative process techniques to speed the delivery of team outputs to the project's major stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• Ph.D. degree in Crop Science/ Physiology/ Genetics/ Biotechnology with a good understanding of Plant Biology and Agricultural Systems or related disciplines with 2 years of postdoc experience.

• Experience in Crop Phenotyping, Sensors Technology, and Statistical Analysis.

Additional/Preferred Skills

• Support the scientist in writing the technical report.

• Responsible for timely completing the assigned activities.
