A strategy for the AAM dashboard in J&K is intended to manage the 29 projects that the Jammu and Kashmir administration has approved. A committee proposed these projects for the holistic development of agriculture and associated sectors totaling around Rs 5,000 crore.

"We are developing a cutting-edge dashboard to implement the holistic agriculture development programme. The cutting-edge technology-driven agriculture apex monitoring dashboard (AAMD) is a one-stop solution for agri-startups and related initiatives for farmers, from registration to education," said Atul Dulloo, Additional Chief Secretary Agriculture Production Department. "Anyone interested in working in agriculture can apply online. Their applications will be processed electronically. Our officers will come to their homes to do any necessary verification or process," Dulloo stated.

Initially, 29 agriculture and allied sector projects will be brought under the ambit of the high-tech system under the recently launched Rs 5,000 crore holistic agriculture development programme, which aims to transform the agriculture profile from subsistence to a sustainable and commercially viable entity. The dashboard would be a one-stop shop for all concerns affecting farmers, agri-startups, industries, and allied sectors.

On the dashboard, aspiring agri-startups and agri-entrepreneurs will receive all help, including registration, approval, banking and financial assistance, central scheme integration, guidance, education, skilling, and correction. "If they require financial support, the application will be sent to banks via the dashboard," Dulloo explained. "His application will be integrated into the central systems for the purpose of receiving incentives. It will also be available online. It is based on an OTP-driven configuration."

He stated that dashboard will give him an SMS regarding the status of his case at each stage after he applied online. "The dashboard will provide all of the information about areas and the appropriate agriculture or horticulture activity in the belts," he explained. The dashboard will be AI-powered and will cater to all of the demands of users, from registration through education.

"An artificial intelligence-based chatbot will help farmers through all information. It would have a learning management system with 59 courses and 57 courses identified in the provinces of Kashmir and Jammu. We will provide certificate courses from colleges online," Dulloo stated. He further stated that the dashboard will include online videos on various topics as well as online information in four languages.

According to the official, those who apply for this holistic agriculture development initiative would be linked to skilling via a hybrid manner. "Those farmers, startups, agri-entrepreneurs, and anyone else will acquire their certifications from colleges through this dashboard, which will also act as an education and skill development platform," Dulloo explained.
