KVS Admissions 2019-20 for Class 2 & above Ends Tomorrow: Check Eligibility, Documents Required & Other Details

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) will conclude the registration process for admission in class 2 and above (barring class 11) tomorrow, 9th April 2019. The KVS admission process for all these classes began on 2nd April 2019.

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) will conclude the registration process for admission in class 2 and above (barring class 11) tomorrow, 9th April 2019. The KVS admission process for all these classes began on 2nd April 2019.

According to the official notification issued by KVS, the registration for class 2 and above will be completely offline. Hence parents as well as students who wish to apply for admission in concerned classes must fill the application form that can be collected from various Kendriya Vidyalayas across India.

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has already published the merit list for admissions to class 1.  The merit list for class 2 to class 10 will be released on 12th April 2019. And the admission process will start from 12th to 20th April, 2019.

It is important to mention that the admission for all the classes – class 2 and above will completely depend on the availability of seats in those particular classes in respective Kendriya Vidyalayas.

The registration process for admission in class 11 will start within 10 days after the declaration of board results. The admission list for class 11 will be issued within 20 days after announcement of CBSE class 10th board result depending on availability of seats in various Kendriya Vidyalaya in the country. The last date for admission in Class 11 is 1st July 2019.

Important Documents Required for KVS admissions 2019

1. Valid mobile number

2. Valid email address

3. Digital or scanned photograph of student seeking admission (in JPEG format of 256KB)

4. Scanned copy of child’s birth certificate.

5. Details of government certificate if you are applying under economically weak section.

6. Transfer details of parent or grandparent whose service credentials will be used in application.
