Education Qualification:
Aspirants must have a certificate/ degree of Graduate or must have an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute/ Board.
Age Limit
Candidates should have a maximum age limit 65 years.
NFL Recruitment 2022: Salary Details
The shortlisted candidates will be paid according to the board’s salary guidelines. This may differ depending on the position they are chosen for. The guidelines are given below:
Emoluments: (i) Executives: 50% of Last drawn Pay (Basic Pay +DA) (rounded off to the next higher 100 rupees). (ii) Non-Executives:- 50% of Last drawn Pay (Basic Pay +DA) (rounded off to the next higher 100 rupees). (iii) Special Pay, Personal Pay / HRA / Stagnation Increment, etc. being drawn at the time of superannuation shall not be payable. No other allowance/perks shall be payable.

Only shortlisted candidates shall call for the interview at the central marketing office, NOIDA.

Interested eligible superannuated employees may submit the application in the enclosed Pro-forma along-with self-attested copies of certificates regarding date of birth. The application should reach on or before 10.02.2022 in a sealed envelope superscribed as ''Application for engagement as Advisor/ Sr.Consultant/ Consultant" to Chief Manager (CC), Human Resource Department, at Central Marketing Office, NOIDA.
The application may be sent by post along with desired documents to Chief Manager (CC), Human Resource Department, Central Marketing Office, National Fertilizers Limited, A-11, Sector 24, N0IDA -201301, District Gautam Budh Nagar (UP), by 10.02.2022. Applications received after 10.02.2022 will not be entertained.
