NTA NEET 2019: Important Exam Instructions, Dress Code for Candidates, Compulsory & Barred Items in Examination
NTA NEET 2019: NTA NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) 2019 will be held tomorrow i.e. on May 5, 2019. NEET is organized by National Testing Agency (NTA). The examination will be held for admission to all seats of MBBS/BDS.

It is to be noted that, NTA has already set dress code for NEET 2019 examination which must be followed by male and female candidates coming for the exam.

NTA NEET 2019: Dress Code for Male & Female Candidates

Candidates appearing for the exam must wear cultural/customary dress at the Exam center.

Light clothes with half sleeves and long sleeves for both the candidates are not allowed.

Slippers and sandals with low heels for women candidates are permitted.

Shoes are not allowed for male candidates. They should try wearing slippers or sandals.
NTA NEET 2019: Exam Instructions

Candidates are requested to come at least an hour before the last reporting time so that there is enough time for proper frisking without causing any inconvenience to the candidate. Hence, maintaining the sanctity of the examination.

The NEET 2019 duration will be three hours from 2 pm to 5 pm and will have 180 objective type questions. The questions will be asked from - physics, chemistry, biology (botany & zoology), carrying total marks of 720.

Candidates can select question paper in any one language from 11 languages they offer.

The result of NTA NEET 2019 will be announced on June 5, 2019, according to the official brochure.
Important Documents for Examination:

One printed copy of the admit card that can be downloaded @ ntaneet.nic.in.

A passport size photograph which should be same as the one uploaded on the online application form.

Any authorized ID like PAN card, Voter ID, Aadhaar card, driving license, Ration card or Passport is mandatory on the exam day.
Items Barred for Examination:

Stationary items like textual material whether printed or written, calculator, bits of papers, pen drives, etc. are not allowed.

Electronic device like Bluetooth, microphone, earphone or smartphone are strictly not allowed.

Items like goggles, belt, handbags, wallets, Ornaments etc. must be avoided.

Any edible item, opened or packed is not allowed on the day of exam.

Any kind of item which can be used for cheating in the exam such as a microchip, Bluetooth device or a camera is barred.
