Educational Qualification

• It is mandatory for the interested candidate to have a 12th pass for the position of Postal Assistant.

• Apart from this, it is also necessary to have knowledge of Hindi or Urdu as a minimum subject in matriculation.

Age Limit

• To apply for these posts, the minimum age of the candidates has been fixed from 18 years and a maximum of 27 years.

• Apart from this, OBC category candidates will be given a maximum age relaxation of up to 3 years & the candidate from the SC/ST category will be given a relaxation of up to 5 years.

Monthly Salary

The monthly salary by the Indian Postal Department can range from Rs 25500 to Rs 81100 per month.
