RPF SI Final Result 2025 Announced: Check Merit List and Cut-Off at rrbcdg.gov.in

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the RPF Sub-Inspector (SI) Final Result 2025 under Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) RPF-01/2024. Candidates who appeared in the selection process can now check the result, merit list, and category-wise cut-off marks on the official portal rrbcdg.gov.in.

This outcome represents the last step of the RPF Sub-Inspector (Executive) selection process.

• Result Date: August 26, 2025

• Number of Vacancies: 450 Sub-Inspector (Executive) vacancies

• Selected Candidates: 4,527 candidates were shortlisted following PET/PMT and Document Verification

• Gender-Wise Selection: 384 male candidates and 66 female candidates were included in the final merit list

How to Download the RPF SI Merit List 2025

Step 1: Go to the official portal: rrbcdg.gov.in

Step 2: On the main page, find the link for CEN RPF-01/2024 (Sub-Inspector Result)

Step 3: Click on the "Final Result/Merit List" option

Step 4: A PDF will be opened with the roll numbers of shortlisted candidates

Step 5: Make use of Ctrl+F to search your roll number quickly

Step 6: Download and save the merit list for future use

RPF SI 2025 Category-Wise Cut-Off Marks

The Railway Recruitment Board has also put out the category-wise cut-off marks (normalized to 100 marks). The final cut-offs are shown below:

Male Candidates

1. UR (General): 78.78

2. OBC: 76.27

3. SC: 72.42

4. ST: 69.36

5. EWS: 76.39

Female Candidates

1. UR (General): 76.58

2. OBC: 73.80

3. SC: 68.09

4. ST: 66.68

5. EWS: 73.42

What's Next?

Candidates who have had their names included in the merit list will now proceed to the last stages of the recruitment process:

1. Zone Allotment – Shortlisted candidates will be allocated their respective zones on merit and preference.

2. Medical Examination – All candidates will have to undergo a compulsory medical fitness test.

3. Final Appointment – Upon successful medical clearance, appointment letters will be sent, confirming the joining details
