State Bank of India Likely to Announce SBI Clerk Prelims 2019 Result This Week; Check Latest Updates
SBI Clerk Result 2019: The State Bank of India is expected to announce the SBI Clerk Prelims exam results shortly. As per sources, the SBI Clerk prelim result will be released soon as the bank has already fixed the dates for SBI Clerk main exam in the first-half of next month i.e. August. Students who qualify in the SBI clerk prelims 2019 will be eligible for main examination.
SBI Clerk Result 2019: The State Bank of India is expected to announce the SBI Clerk Prelims exam results shortly at its official website. As per sources, the SBI Clerk prelim result will be released soon as the bank has already fixed the dates for SBI Clerk main exam in the first-half of next month i.e. August. Students who qualify in the SBI clerk prelims 2019 will be eligible for main examination.
Once the State Bank of India releases the Clerk Prelims result, candidates will be issued hall tickets or admit cards for SBI Clerk Main exam.
According to the official recruitment advertised for Clerk vacancy in SBI, the bank will shortlist applicants equal to ten times the numbers of vacancies for the main exam, which means nearly 90,000 candidates will be selected for the main exam, as per the selection criteria fixed by State Bank of India.
It is expected that the bank will release the SBI Clerk main exam admit cards 2019 in the upcoming week, which again means that the prelims result will be announced this week.

Now if we talk about the SBI Clerk prelims exam, this year the question paper was moderately difficult which increases the chances of the cut off marks being a bit higher. The SBI prelims exam had three sections - numerical ability, reasoning ability and English language of 100 marks. The duration of the exam was one hour.
On the other hand, SBI Clerk Main exam will be of two hours and forty minutes duration. It will have four sections - General English, General/Financial Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability & Computer Knowledge.
