TNAU Rank List 2021 Released for UG & Diploma Courses In Agriculture/Horticulture

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) Has Released Rank List for 2021

TNAU Rank List 2021: The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) has announced the much-awaited rank list for UG and diploma programs for the year 2021. The TNAU UG rank list 2021 has been announced for various categories including general, vocational, differently-abled, state government school quota, ex-servicemen quota, eminent sports person quota, industrial sponsorship quota, and NRI quota.

  • The TNAU 2021 rank list for diploma programs in agriculture/horticulture and agricultural engineering has been issued. On February 3, 2022, the TNAU PG entrance test 2021 will be held.

  • The TNAU PG entrance exam 2021 will last a maximum of 90 minutes. Only MCQ-based questions will be included in the TNAU PG entrance exam question paper.

  • The UG rank list, which was supposed to be issued on November 3, was previously postponed by TNAU.

  • The candidates who have been shortlisted must complete the document verification process, pay the admission fee, and complete the admission formalities.

  • Details such as the candidate's name, application ID, general rank, category, aggregate, and category rank are included in the TNAU rank list 2021.

  • Based on the results of the Class 12 test, TNAU offers admission to 11 UG programs in 14 components and 28 associated colleges.

  • For admission to 35 postgraduate programs, the university administers an entrance exam.

About Tamil Nadu Agriculture University (TNAU) 

The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) began in 1868 with the founding of an Agricultural School in Saidapet, Madras, Tamil Nadu, which was later shifted to Coimbatore. It was connected with Madras University in 1920. TNAU gained complete responsibility for Agricultural Education and Research and provided research products to the State Agricultural Department. 

The Agricultural College and Research Institute, Coimbatore, was the only Agricultural Education Institute in South India till 1946.  It was designated as a Post-graduate Centre for Masters and Doctoral degrees in 1958. Agricultural College and Research Institute, Madurai was founded in 1965. When the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University was founded in 1971, these two colleges comprised the nucleus.
