Krishi Jagran recently organized one of its momentous initiatives, 'MFOI Samridh Kisan Utsav,' in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh, on February 23, 2024. The event, themed 'Increasing Farmers' Income, was a resounding success, drawing participation from various stakeholders dedicated to agricultural prosperity.

Distinguished guests, including Minister of State for Home Affairs Ajay Kumar Mishra, graced the occasion, emphasizing the pivotal role of continuous development initiatives and government schemes in strengthening farming communities across the nation. 

Company Participation and Discussions on Innovative Farming Techniques  

The event witnessed a convergence of agricultural luminaries, industry experts, government officials, and progressive farmers, along with leading agricultural companies such as Mahindra Tractors. Participants engaged in insightful discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions, focusing on innovative farming techniques and technological advancements aimed at augmenting farmers' income.

Addressing the gathering, M C Dominic, Founder, and Editor-in-Chief of Krishi Jagran, emphasized the enduring dedication to the farming community. As a farmer himself, he empathized with the hard work of farmers and highlighted the need to acknowledge them with the respect and recognition they deserve. He introduced the concept of 'Millionaire Farmer' as a means to celebrate exemplary agricultural achievements and inspire others in the farming fraternity.

Looking towards the future, Dominic announced plans for the forthcoming MFOI event scheduled for later in the year, promising an even grander platform for global agricultural exchange. He urged farmers from around the world to participate actively, fostering dialogue and collaboration towards collective agricultural advancement.

​Minister of State for Home Affairs Ajay Kumar Mishra lauded Krishi Jagran's initiative, affirming the government's commitment to farmer-centric policies and initiatives. He highlighted the significance of schemes aimed at augmenting farmers' income and simplifying their lives, reaffirming the government's dedication to the holistic development of the agricultural sector. Minister Mishra further felicitated 100 millionaire farmers in the presence of more than 500 progressive farmers.
