UP Board is Offering Scholarship to Inter Pass Students; Read Details

The Board of Secondary Education Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh has released a notice inviting applications for awarding the scholarships to the eligible candidates. All the interested & eligible candidates can apply online through National Scholarship Portal. This will start from 16th August 2021.

Scholarship to Inter Pass Students

The Board of Secondary Education Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh has released a notice inviting applications for awarding the scholarships to the eligible candidates. All the interested & eligible candidates can apply online through National Scholarship Portal. This will start from 16th August 2021.  

Students, whose family income does not exceed Rs 8, 00,000/- per annum. The details of the eligible students are available on the official website via: https://scholarships.gov.in/ 

The candidates, who have passed an intermediate Examination of 2021 and have scored 372/500 marks in Science stream, 330/500 marks in Commerce stream & 335/500 marks in Humanities are eligible to apply for scholarship. According to instructions, which are issued by the Government of India, 11460 students of UP Board will be provided with the scholarship in the ratio 3:2:1 for the Science (Group B), Commerce (Group C) & Humanities (Group A) respectively.

Candidates must note that only online application will be accepted, and the applications received offline will be rejected by education department. Students who have received the scholarships in previous year 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2020 should apply on the above website for renewal of their scholarship from 16th August 2021. Only the online applications of the students will be valid, the application form of the students applying offline will be considered as cancelled.

Candidates should note that the linking Aadhar Card number with their nationalized bank account is a must. 

Not only UP even the Karnataka has government announced a scholarship scheme for the farmer’s children. It will be implemented from current financial year. Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has launched his new initiative to support the higher education of the farmer’s children and he has put aside Rs 1,000crore at his first cabinet meeting after taking over as a Chief Minister of Karnataka.
