UP Free Laptop Yojana: Govt. All Set to Distribute Laptops, Smartphones to Over 20 Lakh Students

Yogi Government of Uttar Pradesh has planned to distribute free laptops, smartphones & tablets to meritorious students (UP Free Laptop scheme 2021). Under this scheme, the government will provide free laptops to meritorious students with the help of which they will be able to realize their dreams. 

The students will be provided with the education material, employment Information, information related to government's education and employment schemes for the next 2 years. 

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has planned to distribute free mobile phones, tablets & Smartphones to about 22 lakh meritorious college students in his state. These students are eagerly waiting to receive these gadgets from the government.  

Various undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, skill development, paramedical and nursing degrees and youth following the state's 'Seva Mitra' portal will also benefit from this scheme. The purpose of the yogi government’s tablet distribution scheme is to strengthen the backward and working class of the state. 

As per sources, the government is all set to start the distribution of free Smart phones, Tablets & Laptops. And the students will receive theirs’ very soon. 

Eligibility To Avail UP Free Laptop Scheme 

• Student must be Uttar Pradesh Resident.

• It is compulsory to have marks of 65% or above in 10th and 12th.

• Apart from this, students of UG, PG, Polytechnic etc. courses can also apply online to avail this scheme.

Documents Required for Application 

The applicant must have Aadhar card, residence certificate, 10th and 12th mark sheet, passport size photograph and mobile number.
