Annu Kanwar is working on mushroom production for the last 4 years. She was working as an Assistant professor prior to the development of her brand for 3 years at Jaipur University. Annu developed the Brand Aamalda Organics during Covid Pandemic to process and sell the mushroom which was unsold due to the pandemic. Major products include Powder, Pickle, Namkeen, Papad, Mungedi, mushroom flour, etc. She is also working on framing an SHG and FPO wherein inputs will be provided to the farmers and output will be procured and sold under the brand name
