Girija mainly processes pulses to make dal and Paddy to make rice and sell it under her own name. She is doing organic farming for the last 3 years. They are 5 sisters who work together and own a rice mill and the name Pappas is given to them by customers. Inspired by her mother's passion for gardening, Girija is also associated with various farmer groups on the WhatsApp platform to sell her products. At present, she is earning 3 lakhs from farming.
