Two Friends Embarked on a Journey to Deliver Quality Milk
Bhishm and Abhishek created "Ville Fresh" with the intention of serving this milk directly to clients rather than providing it to a dairy and supplying a quality product in a hygienic chain from Farm to Home.
Ville Fresh was founded by two friends, Bhishm & Abhishek, in Raebareli (Uttar Pradesh) in August 2020, despite their busy work schedules. The primary motivation for founding Ville fresh was to address a milk supply issue that their family and local farmers were experiencing.
Story of Ville Fresh:
Previously, milk was supplied to local dairies or local milkmen, who began to buy milk at a low cost and quickly defaulted; each cowrearer in the village had a similar experience, making cattle rearing extremely difficult. Farmers found it extremely difficult to balance the cost of feeding their cattle with their family's costs.
Due to pandemic situations in the country, Dairies suddenly refused to receive milk from farmers, and if they did, it would be at a very cheap price, leaving the farmers with no choice.
So, at the time, Bhishm and Abhishek created "Ville Fresh" with the intention of serving this milk directly to clients rather than providing it to a dairy and supplying a quality product in a hygienic chain from Farm to Home.
Then, after conducting a social media survey, they discovered that customers were equally concerned about the quality of milk they were receiving on a daily basis. To address this, the company devised a strategy in which they ordered some glass bottles and bags to make it look more sanitary, and they began distributing fresh milk on August 14, 2020.
The "Ville Fresh" company does not preserve milk; instead, they bring it fresh from the farm within 2-3 hours. The company's fundamental goal is to retain the quality and freshness of the delivered product. This is why customers enjoy and begin to use their items.
They began by supplying 14 litres each day, but after receiving great feedback from customers as a result of their high quality, they began to expand. Currently, Ville has onboarded 35-40 farmers who deliver top-quality milk, get paid on time for their milk, and use the money to support their families.
The company began with 14-15 consumers a year ago and now has over 200 customers. This journey has only been possible thanks to their loyal customers and the support they receive from their family and team, who are all committed to a larger vision and mission. So, by the end of 2022, the company's vision is to develop its business in nearby cities such as Lucknow, Kanpur, Pratapgarh, and Prayagraj, as well as other dairy goods.
